Ruth Jean is the founder of THRIVE Educational Services Inc. She is also the Director of the Educational Talent Search Program. Ms. Jean has been working for TRIO and in higher education for over 18 wonderful years.
TRIO is a group of federally funded programs with the goal of assisting students from middle school to college in their pursuit of higher education. The programs provide mentoring, academic, financial, and cultural services for their students. Ms. Jean started her TRIO journey working for the Talent Search program transitioned to Upward Bound and has returned to the Talent Search Program. Ms. Jean is excited to help her participants “THRIVE” into success.
